Pick a design, tap Order Custom Fit, choose your fitting method, and schedule a visit. We take your measurements at the date and address you confirm, and your outfit is stitched to fit.
Do I need to visit a store for fitting?
No, you can schedule a home visit for measurements or choose an in-store fitting instead. Both options are available when you book your appointment.
Can I buy instead of renting?
Yes. Every outfit shows both a rental and a purchase price, so you can decide whether you want to keep it or return it after your event.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom outfits are ready within 7–15 days, depending on the design and embroidery work. The exact timeline is shown before you confirm your order.
What if the fit isn't right after delivery?
